- To build revised in the light of the new requirements of the e-commerce occupational profile of e-commerce operator. Defining the most important employees’ skills + the digital skill (existing and new) which need to be updated or newly trained for successful implementation of the e-commerce operator’s job in the new situation.

Ogre technical school hosted the 3rd transnational meeting of the project partners in Ogre on 25-26 April 2023. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the issues of already completed project activities, the development of intellectual results, and deadlines.
During the meeting, the developed results of IO2 were presented – module training programs and training content, the representative of each partner presented the prepared training materials, and discussed questions about the development of the training platform, its design, and structure.
During the meeting partners discussed the objectives and results achieved so far, planning future project activities, and discussing financial questions.
In order to get to know the culture and history of Latvia, the participants of the meeting had the opportunity to learn more and explore Old Riga.
